  • Mandatory (Core Skills) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Mandatory (Company) - Any Tech / Product Company ( B2C / Ed-tech / SaaS / IT Services / Product / B2B )
  • Role & Responsibilities
    • Build relationships with learners who contact Novatr, guiding them through our product, vision, and big picture.
    • Driving inquiries & admissions for the online learning programs offered for the International markets
    • Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program
    • Counseling experienced professionals via call or email on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options
    • Handle inbound calls, make outbound sales calls with follow-ups, manage learner interactions, and address queries.
    • Fix appointments and demo sessions daily.
    • Provide timely and accurate responses to learners / parents.
    • Meet daily KPIs and achieve monthly targets through effective convincing and selling skills.
    Ideal Candidate
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience will be required.
    • Edtech experience will be preferred but not necessary.
    • Excellent communication skills.
