Job Title – Technical Product Manager
Position OverviewAs a Technical Product Manager at Agraga, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous improvement and maintenance of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to define and execute the product roadmap. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the product's features, maintaining its stability, and monitoring its performance to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Roadmap Management: Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that enhancements, bug fixes, and maintenance tasks are appropriately scheduled and executed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of product updates, including defining requirements, reviewing designs, and validating implementations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the platform's performance, including uptime, response times, and overall user experience. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and new features. Use this information to make data-driven decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all product enhancements and maintenance tasks meet the highest quality standards by defining clear acceptance criteria and conducting thorough testing.
- Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively communicating product updates, priorities, and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (Minimum 2 years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven organization.
- Experience in API testing, understanding REST, API documentation.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
