Role & Responsibilities
Develop creative and visually appealing content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Internal Communities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
Design graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, and other multimedia content to enhance our social media presence.
Work closely with copywriters and other team members to create cohesive and impactful content.
Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and trends, and make recommendations for improvement based on insights.
Optimize content for each platform, considering factors such as aspect ratios, file sizes, and performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience (min. 1 year) as a social media designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphics and video projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma and other graphic design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas visually.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
