Mandatory (Experience 1) - Minimum 8+ YOE as a HRBP

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have recent 2+ YOE in Learning & Development for 100+ blue-collar employees in the current organization

Mandatory (Skills) - Must have 3+ YOE Hands-On experience in content creation and delivering training content

Mandatory - Male Candidates

Mandatory (Company) - Companies that have Large blue-collar workforce in Logistics / Supply Chain (Delhivery, Zomato, Swiggy, Rapido, eKart, Amazon etc...)


Role & Responsibilities

Training and Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Identify training needs through consultation with managers and performance evaluations.

Design training materials, modules, and resources using various methodologies such as classroom training, e-learning, workshops, etc.

Deliver training sessions effectively, utilizing engaging methods to ensure knowledge retention and skill enhancement.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance program effectiveness.


Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.



Employee Development:

Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans for employees.

Facilitate career development discussions and provide guidance on opportunities for growth within the organization.

Coordinate mentorship programs and other initiatives to foster employee development and retention.


Performance Management:

Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

Assist in identifying performance gaps and developing action plans for improvement.

Provide training to managers on performance management best practices.


Employee Engagement:

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Analyze engagement data and propose strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.


Ideal Candidate

Looking for 8+ years of experience in end-to-end HR activities.

Extensive experience in L&D for more than 3 years.

Managing the Hire to Retire cycle.

Should handle at least 100+ permanent employees in the organization.

Should have created content and delivered with proven track record of success metrics.
