**Job Description:**
As a Web Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in merging art and technology to convey ideas through visually appealing designs and website layouts. This position involves close collaboration with clients to understand their specific requirements, selecting and editing images for websites, and creating designs using illustration, photo editing, and layout software.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Consult with clients to comprehensively grasp their design needs.
- Select and edit images for use on websites.
- Create captivating designs using illustration, photo editing, and layout software.
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Web & Graphic Designing.
- Strong understanding of website graphic design principles.
- Impressive design portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Creativity to develop attractive and relevant designs.
- Proficiency in image authoring tools for cropping, resizing, and minor adjustments.
- Advanced skills in design software, including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in stressful situations.
- Willingness to continuously upgrade design knowledge and enhance skills.
**Skills Required:**
- Graphic Designer proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator with Image Cropping Skills.
- Web Designer with Front-end Development expertise.
- Desirable but not essential: Full Stack Development.
- Knowledge of ASP.NET with MVC is a plus.
