Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced .NET Interviewer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience and have a strong background in conducting coding interviews online. As a .NET Interviewer, you will play a critical role in assessing candidates' skills and qualifications for .NET-related positions.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct online interviews for candidates applying for .NET, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET MVC Framework positions.
2. Evaluate candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and coding proficiency.
3. Provide detailed feedback and assessments of candidates' performance during interviews.
4. Collaborate with the hiring team to identify top talent and contribute to the selection process.
5. Ensure that all interview documentation and feedback are accurately maintained and recorded.
6. Participate in regular meetings to discuss candidates and share insights on the interview process.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the .NET technology stack.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a .NET development role is a must.
2. Proven experience in conducting coding interviews, preferably in an online format.
3. Strong knowledge of .NET, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET MVC Framework.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented and able to provide constructive feedback.
6. Ability to work remotely as this is a contract role.
7. Proficiency in maintaining accurate timesheets.
